Overview and Why it's Important

One-day motivational seminars or workshops almost never make an impacting difference in your habits, routine, or work style. It takes reinforcement and immersion to change routine and to fully learn a new system.

Individuals living in Chicago and St. Louis and clients with local sales forces usually find that our Common Sense Selling® public sessions, held at our training centers in Chicago and St. Louis, meet their needs best. Outside of our customized corporate training, in which our trainers are on "on-call" to our clients, we also offer our Partners Program. This reinforcement package includes weekly in-house meetings for individuals or clients for a minimum of a year. Common Sense Selling® is a 12-week training course that identifies and addresses the most common challenges that face selling professionals. These engaging, energetic, highly participatory classes meet weekly and center on real-world problems with practical role-plays and applications for real-world solutions.

Partners Program combines Common Sense Selling® with a full year of ongoing sales coaching, advanced sales training, and continued reinforcement. This approach is designed to completely immerse you in tactics and strategies that will help you qualify and sell more effectively.

SalesCoach Tools Studies show that without reinforcement, the benefits of training dissipate over time. Like language and athletics, skills in sales are perishable; without constant practice, atrophy sets in and the result is a regression to pre-training levels.

That's why Exponentia has developed the SalesCoach toolset. We want to provide as many options as possible for our clients to continue to grow by reinforcing the skills they've learned during our training. The continued involvement of our trainers is key, but we cannot be there 24/7.
